FTF is structural engineer of record for this new construction project for the Morro Bay Fire Department. A feasibility study compared a remodel of the existing 1,145 square foot quarters against a second-story addition, and the City elected to build new. The quarters will be replaced with a 2,431 square foot two-story facility, with operations and offices below and six bedrooms above.
